My Current Haircare Buddies!

So when a gal has bright orange hair (like myself), haircare is pretty important!
I've spent years trying to figure out how to bleach and colour my locks without them falling out (which is a tricky task trust me).
It took some time but now I have it mastered with the help of a few products.
So here's what I'm loving at the moment!

L-R Blousey Shampoo from Lush, "Coral Red" Crazy Colour, Aussie Miracle Recharge Moisture Spray and L'Occitane Revitalizing Fresh Scalp Tonic.

Blousey.

I've only really noticed the importance of a good shampoo over the last few months.
Before that I would've just grabbed whatever was convenient (or on sale).
I know the salon branded shampoos are the best but I just can't justify spending around €50 on a shampoo.
€50 spent on makeup can obviously be justified because it lasts but shampoo?
Naaahhhhh!

I only came across this shampoo from Lush quite recently and already I've noticed a huge difference.
I was doing some shopping in Lush and I had my arms full of all the products I wanted to buy.
I saw Blousey just as I was going to the till but I just couldn't justify another product so I left it for another time.
But then something wonderful happened.
My other half kindly surprised me with it two weeks ago and I've been in love ever since.

Blousey has a thicker consistency than standard shampoo and it's packed full of hydrating and delicious natural stuff.
Some of the key ingredients include bananas, fair trade cloves and cocoa butter.
It smells amazing!
You really need to soak your hair with water before you put the shampoo in to work up a good lather.
I noticed that after just one shampoo my hair felt squeaky clean and good to go.
Once I dried my hair, the texture of it felt super soft and really nourished so smiles all round!
The only draw back is the price.
For a large pot it sells for around €20 which isn't super expensive but it might be out of some peoples budget.
On a positive note I'd say you'd get about a month out of each tub so it ain't all bad.

 Crazy Colour in "Coral Red".

I've tried pretty much every orange toned hair dye out there but this is definitely the winner!
A bottle of Crazy Colour will put you back only €4 and they're super easy to apply.
So easy in fact that I'm now at the stage that I don't use a mirror, a comb or a f**k lol!
Crazy Colour is available is a ton of colours and I've tried most of them over the past ten years.
My winning colour combo is by mixing Coral Red and Canary Yellow together to give me a satsuma orange shade of happiness.
I would usually buy three bottles at a time which I'd get a few months out of so you aren't going to find a cheaper option than that.
Crazy Colour for President!

 Aussie Miracle Recharge Moisture Spray.

I've been using Aussie products for years and who hasn't tried their 3-Minute Miracle! (If you haven't you should, it's unreal!)
I've been using this conditioning spray for the last few months and it's pretty unbelievable.
I don't usually use conditioner when I'm washing my hair.
Instead I cover my hair in this stuff before I blow dry it and it works perfectly.
A bottle of this will cost you less than €10 and will last you for a few months.
 What's not to love!

L'Occitane Revitalizing Fresh Scalp Tonic.

This scalp spray came out as part of a full haircare range from L'Occitane but this was my favourite by far.
As I mentioned already, bleaching your hair for a long time can affect your scalp if it's a tad bit sensitive like mine.
This product contains 5 essential oils to help soothe and refresh your scalp and as it has quite a narrow nozzle so you can really "get right in there".
I use it just before I blow dry my hair after washing it.
I usually divide my hair into sections to expose my scalp and then give each part a few sprays!
I've noticed a big difference in my overall scalp health and this product smells amazing to boot.
It sells for just under €30 which isn't the cheapest but it's definitely worth it.

So what's your hair loving right now?
