When you think of Fashion Week, typically you think of Paris, London, New York teamed with a ton of expensive garb and some super famous front rowers.
But did you know that countries like Colombia, Brazil and Nigeria have their own Fashion Week also?
Well up until recently I didn't either.
VICE is an online documentary channel that help to highlight social and economical issues all over the world.
If you haven't heard of them, I urge you to check them out immediately as they've opened up my eyes to so many issues I'd never heard of before.
VICE have a series called "Fashion Week Internationale" that is dedicated to the lesser known Fashion Weeks all over the world.
Over the past few weeks, I've been making my way through the series and man is it an eye-opener.
Whenever I have a lot of makeup brushes to wash, I put VICE on my phone and it makes it a whole lot less painless.
I've found this series so insightful and I think you will too.
