So this months "The Right Stuff" is all about the amazingly talented identical twin sisters Tida and Lisa Finch that make up the awesome brand Finchittida Finch.
Their label focuses on killer accessories and their jewellery is so beautiful that they make me feel a tad bit emotional!
Sounds ridiculous but take a look yourself!
Warned ya!
Not only do these ladies make amazingly beautiful things but they're also focused on being as ethical as possible which can be a bit of a rarity these days.
All of their pieces are made in their London studio, they buy their supplies and materials from small and local businesses and 10% of their profits go to humanitarian charity MAG (Mines Advisory Group) which helps to clear bombs and landmines from conflict affected areas.
Helping to save lives and make beautiful creations all at the same time.
These ladies have it down!
So here is their interview:
Love is........amazing - we like to treat everyone with love, it makes everyday fun!
Beauty is........created by someone's aura, passion and kindness.
These qualities create a stronger beauty than looks alone.
We love when........we can be cheeky!
If we were birds........we'd be Finches of course!
The Australian Gouldian Finches are our fav, have you seen them?
They're crazy colourful.
We dance to the beat of........dirty sexy beats and anything with an R'n'B flavour.
Especially by any of our fav girlbo$$es- Banks, Grimes, Jhene Aiko, Riri, FKA Twigs, Iggy Azalea, Nicki Minaj, Queen Bey and M.I.A.
We always find ourselves........together 24/7.
We live together, work together, socialize together and eat together!
Luckily we get on like a house on fire!
Of course we argue too – we're sisters!
Our heart skips a beat when........we check out @bunnymama on Instagram!!
See for yourselves.....
We're afraid of........very little.
Our Mum and Dad taught us that you perpetuate your own fears and always encouraged us to do the things that scared us.
We look up to.......our Mum, the Dalai Lama, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and MIA – an eclectic mix of role models.
The way to our hearts is........by just being yourself.
We love peoples weird nuances as much as their fun or inspiring qualities.
The colour pink makes us feel........conflicted.
We love wearing the colour pink now as adults but not so much when we were kids because that's when girls are expected to wear pink.
You know what really grinds our gears?
Negative vibes!
It's really easy to make negative comments so the majority of people don't even realize they're doing it!
We would recommend “The Art of Happiness” by The Dalai Lama to cultivate a positive compassionate outlook.
