OK OK well it's a real eye opener because the shade is called "Espresso".......caffeine and all that......*tumbleweed*.

Youngblood is a vegan friendly makeup brand that was founded and developed by Pauline Youngblood.
She wanted to develop a line of products that could be used to conceal skin conditions like rosacea and acne using natural ingredients.
15 years on, she's still doing just that and much more with Youngblood products now available world wide.
So I've been playing around with some of the brands products for the last few days and I was so excited about the results that I wanted to write about it right away.
That doesn't happen as often as I'd like so let's relish in it shall we?

Here's my back story.
I'm a flicked eyeliner type of gal and always will be.
Since about the age of 14, I've never been without a black liquid liner.
If I left the house without it, I'd feel a bit naked.
The equivalent of going out with no knickers on.

Not good.
So my go-to liner has always been a black liquid one because they're quick, easy and cheap cheap cheap.
That was until today.
Say hi to "Espresso" class!

When I first put it on, I really didn't think it would really suit me and I was slightly terrified.
I had kind of predicted that I'd end up washing it off but that was not the case my friend.
No no no.
It actually looked awesome on and dare I say it, better than my usual black stuff.
"Espresso" is a really warm shade of brown so it did something quite spectacular to my eyes and tied in with my usual copper eyeshadow like they were old mates.
The consistency is really smooth and creamy so it glided on really easily.
To my surprise I actually applied it with a pretty sh*te angled brush and it still came out great.
You see I keep all the great brushes for my kit and I get the old, crappy hand-me down ones.

The liner stayed put all day and didn't crumb, flake or budge at all.
And you know the best part?
It sells for a mere €18!
Bargain.
