Ever notice that the people we tend to judge the most are the ones that we have never met?
We judge them on what they wear, who they're with, by their Facebook profile picture and statuses, the list goes on and on.
Isn't that crazy when you stop and think about it though?
When you catch yourself doing it when you know you shouldn't?
When you know it's not the right thing to do?
How about making a conscious effort to preserve your judgement until after you have actually met the person?
Until then the only person you are truly judging is yourself.
"Be less of a judge and you will be surprised that when you become a witness and you don't judge yourself, you stop judging others too.
And that makes you more human, more compassionate, more understanding."
