So Dr.Lipp's "Original Nipple Balm for Lips" is just that.
It was originally developed as a nourishing nipple balm for breastfeeding women but just like any great cult product, it has many other uses.
It's made of 100% medical grade Lanolin and is free of all the bad stuff like alcohol, perfume and parabens.

For any of your Makeup Artists out there, having a product like this in your kit is really helpful if you are working on a face that has a few skin issues.
You can use this as a mask on any areas of dry or problematic skin, leave for like 10mins and then cleanse it off and you're on your way.
- Dr.Lipps doesn't have a strong medicinal smell like 8HR Cream which is GREAT! Personally I quite like the smell but I know it's a big turn-off for alot of people.
- The consistency of Dr.Lipp's is a bit thicker so you tend to use alot less which is a big plus.
- The only bad thing about Dr.Lipp's is that is only comes in a small 15ml tube which is great for travel but not so great for your makeup kit.In saying that the small tube sells for around €12 in Space NK so two tubes will cost you about the same as one tube of 8HR Cream.
