I think there may be something wrong with me........

From the outside I appear normal(ish) :

I stand tall.

I smile.

I laugh with a deep joy for life.

I hug when I feel someone needs support.

I speak with words that are true.

I work hard.

I encourage.

I help.

I believe.

I listen.

I love whole heartedly.

I live.

But there is something that most people don't know about me.

 It isn't something I've felt open to sharing until now.
